Overworking vs. Productivity

Ever feel like you just need a break when you are sitting at the office? We came across an article that included information found in a study conducted by the Draugiem Group. They tracked employees’ work habits on the computer and concluded that “the ideal work-to-break ratio was 52 minutes of work, followed by 17 minutes of rest.”

To perform your best, start working in 45 minute blocks.  Work for 45 minutes and then take 15 minutes to break.  Besides – 15 minutes could be a great time to get your daily steps in! 😉
