While this information is directly available on the GoDaddy support portal, it’s important for Marketing Clarity to be able to access your Clarity Hosting (powered by GoDaddy) account. Directions are outlined below.
FOR MARKETING CLARITY
- Select Reports and then click Customer Lookup.
- Click on the customer name for the account that you want to access as a delegate.
- Click Log in as Client and the customer account will automatically open.
- Once you’re done managing the account, click Exit access.
FOR HOSTING CLIENTS
Once Marketing Clarity completes the steps above, you will receive an email asking you to CONFIRM that access can be granted to us. Please make sure to accept the access level. This will ensure that we do not have access to your full account and login credentials, yet can still get your website up and running as soon as possible.
