Yes!! We only work with mobile-responsive templates to ensure your site is working on all devices with ease.

How long will the website design process take?

Your website design will begin within 72 hours of Marketing Clarity receiving your content and access to your hosting or current website. The design phase will vary based on the complexity of your site, but typically, the first draft is completed within 10 business days. From there, we will work together to edit the site and ensure it is 100% perfect and you absolutely love it before we set it live.

Can you help with content creation?

You know your business better than anybody! While Marketing Clarity cannot create all of your content for you – if you provide an outline of material, marketing clarity can assist you with modifying the text.

What platform will my website be built on?

We have worked with many top website platforms, but we love the WordPress platform. WordPress is flexible and scalable and can create an aesthetically pleasing yet functional website.

Can you redesign my existing website?

You bet! We love helping owners refresh their website design – whether it’s simple text edits or a complete redesign.

How will I be able to update the website after it’s launched?

One of the reasons we love WordPress is that it is easy to edit. You are always welcome to come back and have marketing clarity assist you with your edits, or we can empower you to make the changes yourself! We’ve created many how-to videos that walk you through making changes on your website that can be accessed on our YouTube Channel.

Do you offer ongoing support and maintenance?

Of course! We don’t force anybody to be in an ongoing maintenance and support package, but if it makes sense your business, we are more than happy to work with you on a long-term basis. We love building relationships (and websites)!

What kind of hosting do you recommend?

For those who need it, we offer Clarity Hosting (powered by GoDaddy). We know there are so many pieces to building a website, but don’t stress! We will happily assist you in setting up your account so you can focus on more important things.

When we set an account up for you, the account is 100% yours!

How do you ensure my website is ADA-compliant?

In 2020, we were asked to assist a nonprofit with its ADA compliance. They had received a cease and desist letter because their website had not been designed to be 88 compliant, and they were at risk of losing everything. They worked with an ADA compliance lawyer, which gave us an opportunity to pick their brains!

All our sites are built with ADA compliance in mind, and we will always provide guidance on best practices.

What is the investment for a website?

Every website project is different, and the unique elements required will change based on what is needed for that particular website.
